Let down by the delivery but good customer service and good product

I ordered 2 in Charcoal. Without notice, they sent only 1 in Blue. The customer Service replied to my complaint promptly . I tested the one they sent. It's easy to inflate/deflate and is comfortable enough for the price. So I decided to keep the one. Unfortunately as my holiday was starting soon I had to buy one more sleeping pad in a high street so the two are not compatible. The customer service arranged the refund for one immediately. I am impressed by the customer service.
